Scheduled - We would like to inform you about scheduled maintenance on our systems. The scheduled maintenance will take place on Tuesday, June 24, between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM (CEST).

We will be updating the database software of your CloudSuite environment to a new version. This update is essential to enable new features, apply bug fixes, and improve overall system stability and performance.

We expect minimal impact. During the update, there may be a brief interruption in database connections, typically lasting no longer than one minute.

During the update, all services that rely on the database — including the webshop(s), CMS, and API — will be temporarily unavailable. This downtime is necessary to minimize the risk of data loss.

Once the maintenance is completed, we will verify that all services are functioning correctly, and your CloudSuite environment will be fully operational again.
